Anne Ude is the founder of Be Well & Grow, a faith-rooted wellness and personal growth brand created for women who are ready to stop disappearing in the demands of life and start growing with intention, wholeness, and purpose. As a nurse educator, podcast host, and writer, Anne brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal faith to everything she creates. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing, rest, and growth are not luxuries — they are necessary. And that every woman deserves a space to breathe, reconnect with herself, and become who God created her to be.Through the Be Well & Grow podcast, weekly newsletter, and blog, Anne creates honest, nourishing content that meets women exactly where they are — in the middle of the hard seasons, the quiet ones, and everything in between. Her voice is warm, grounded, and deeply personal, drawing from her own journey as a wife, mother of four, and woman of faith who understands what it means to pour out for everyone else and forget to pour back in.BWG is her invitation to women everywhere to make room — for themselves, their healing, their dreams, and their becoming.Take a deep breath. Trust God. Grow well.
